Drache 180 September 13, 2015 Share September 13, 2015 The colors are great and show they are related but I have a question based on the eyes. Is Drogon a male? If not I get it's the expression you're trying to convey but I am just curious. Otherwise, great stances, the horns going with the more notable coloration is nice too and the fact one seems to be of the winged variety, like many dragon depictions, and the other seeming to be more in spike's position of being a ground based dragon is very interesting and a nice touch. If the other one was too have wings sorry if I didn't notice or maybe they are growing in as I see the taller one, Drogon has claws on their hind legs while Ryx doesn't. To sum up, they are very nice. Drogon is indeed a male or I would have emphasised eyelashes like I do with all of my females. They also are brother and sister considering the very large differences they have. For instance Ryx is a magic based dragon and would go to magic kindergarten if her mother didn't teach her all she needs to know. On the other hand Drogon is a flying based dragon, he is rather lightweight considering all pegasi and animals with flying capabilities tend to be lighter than ones who can't fly. The main reason that Drogon hind legs have claws and his front ones and Ryx's legs don't is purely the fact of their genetics. Their father is indeed a dragon pony hybrid but he only had claws on his hind legs too (he got them removed for the sole fact that he didn't want to seem a threat to others) Their mother on the other hoof was a dragon but with no claws but rather hardened scales around the tips of her "toes" although she did have one claw on the underside of each foot just for a better grip on the ground.
