So are Soarin and Spitfire the leaders of the Wonderbolts?

Given the events of the Wonderbolts academy, I think we can safely say Spitfire is a major figure in the Wonderbolts, if not the head honcho. Is she actually the head though? Is there a heirarchy above her, or is there one at all?

 

And did Soarin get a rewrite/promotion? They seemed to be quite willing to replace him with RD during the Equestria Games, but he apparently has the power to kick someone out of the Wonderbolts permanently, at least in Spitfire's absence, as he threatened RD with in Rarity Investigates. And of course Spitfire kicked out their most legendary member of old.

 

So I'm inclined to believe that Spitfire is the captain of the Wonderbolts, and Soarin is her lieutenant. No idea if there's a 'general' above them though. Thoughts?

I would say that Soarin is a Moderator and Spitfire is the big cheese.

 

All the Old Flyers are just Past Leaders and Past Great Wonderbolts a.k.a Veterans.

I'm with Luna echo Spitfire seems to be in charge over all but Soarin is probably a second in command... meaning he's probably Spitfire's wingman or responsible for the other half of the wonderbolts during training and shows. I'd love to see the wonderbolts fleshed out more shame seasons only have 20-ish episodes.
