nethesem 21 December 18, 2015 Share December 18, 2015 Need to get to BUCK? Here are some tips and hints on travel information.Check out our useful map showing all the local accommodation as well as facilities and attractions.LOCALWe are very much aware that accommodation in the immediate area of the convention is limited to 3 Premier Inns and a Travel Lodge (walking distance). As such a number of people will be likely searching for alternative city-centre accommodation options and will need to use local transport options.CARSHead to the M60, Junction 9 or 10, and follow the signs for EventCity, Barton Square or Legoland. The best postcode for SatNav is M17 8AS. Junction 9 is usually less congested than junction 10.Please remember that parking is FREE this year at the venue, and we have thousands of spaces available. If you can find free/reasonably priced parking at or near your accommodation, then car-sharing between the accommodation and the venue is likely the cheapest way to get back and forth.BUSESLocal Services from Piccadilly GardensX50 "Trafford Centre Express" - operated by Stagecoach- departs Trafford Centre bus station roughly every 15-20 minutes- useful stops near Phoenix Way, Deansgate Railway Station, Bridgewater Hall and terminates at Piccadilly Gardens- duration approximately 20 minutes from Phoenix Way (Trafford Park) to Deansgate Station- last bus Trafford to Piccadilly | WEEKDAYS 22:40 | SATURDAYS 21:40 | SUNDAYS 20:40- first bus Piccadilly to Trafford | WEEKDAYS 06:11 | SATURDAYS 07:46 | SUNDAYS: 09:46Click for timetable250 - operated by Stagecoach- departs Trafford Centre bus station roughly every 15-20 minutes- useful stops near Phoenix Way, Trafford Bar, near Oxford Rd Station, China Town and terminates at Piccadilly Gardens- duration approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Way (Trafford Park) to Oxford Rd Station (Palace Hotel)- last bus Trafford to Piccadilly | WEEKDAYS 00:10 | SATURDAYS 00:10 | SUNDAYS 22:33- first bus Piccadilly to Trafford | WEEKDAYS 05:10 | SATURDAYS 06:40 | SUNDAYS 06:10Click for timetable251 - operated by Stagecoach- departs Trafford Centre bus station roughly every 15-20 minutes- useful stops near Phoenix Way, Trafford Bar, near Oxford Rd Station, China Town and terminates at Piccadilly Gardens- duration approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Way (Trafford Park) to Oxford Rd Station (Palace Hotel)- last bus Trafford to Piccadilly | WEEKDAYS 22:58 | SATURDAYS 22:18 | SUNDAYS NO BUSES- first bus Piccadilly to Trafford | WEEKDAYS 04:55 | SATURDAYS 06:10 | SUNDAYS NO BUSESClick for timetableTAXISUBERQuote between Phoenix Way (venue) and Deansgate - £8-11Quote between Phoenix Way (venue) and Potato Wharf (YHA) - £9-12Quote between Phoenix Way (venue) and Piccadilly Gardens £10-14BUSES, METRO & RAIL (Travelcards)Within Greater ManchesterSYSTEM ONE - Travelcards (Multiple Services) http://www.systemonetravelcards.co.uk/Click here for a bus map of the Greater Manchester areaClick here for a Rail map of the Greater Manchester areaClick here for a Metrolink services mapONE DAY Travelcards - purchase on-board bus/tram.Depending on what services you intend to use, depends on what DaySaver ticket you need.
