How Would You Compare The VA's To The Ponies In The Show?

Here is list of some characters and their VA's I have come up with.

 

Based on meeting some VA's and watching them online I would say this

 

Tara Strong is really nice in person but much more of a laid back and sometimes party girl compared to Twilight. If anything she remind me more of Rarity based on how she tends to wear very fashionable clothing and has a very ladylike personalty but without the rudeness and snobbishness stereotype that California girls get.Tara also takes alot care into her physical appearance.

 

Tabitha St Germain, is really nothing like Rarity but more like Luna as she is more soft spoken and not obsessed with gems and clothing. She is more of a Seattle/Vancouver laid back girl rather than a California Girl and wants to be liked by everyone she can as well as helping them out.

 

Andrea Lipmen, meeting her personality, she is quite soft spoken and shy once you first meet her, very comparable to Fluttershy, but once I got to know her, she was really talkative and sweet, but not crazy hyper and party crazed like Pinkie Pie.

 

Ashleigh Ball, she by far is the most different to the character she voices, she is more a a hipster, laid back, musician who comes off shy at first due to all the attention she receives, but once she opens up, she is very personable. Comparing her to Rainbow Dash, she is nothing like her except for her loyalty and dependability, not very into sports, and athletics, does not come off brash or loud by any means. Furthermore, she is not a farm girl like Applejack but is similar to her in terms of being honest and sweet.

 

Vincent Tong, I would say is similar to Flash is terms of being that popular guy in high school/college but is really a nice guy and not a "jock" to even the soft spoken nerdy people school. He seems like the guy who despite his popularity would be a very dependable friend. He also is quite a nerd when it comes to some things. From meeting him, he comes off as this awesome guy who is that "bro" who you just want to have a good time with. Where he is different from Flash is that he is not clumsy stupid who gets the girl just from being cool but rather being who he is despite his looks and fame. Put it this way, a Vincent Tong like character dating a Twilight Sparkle would come off way better than a Flash Sentry

 

Nicole Oliver, by far from my experience is the most similar to her character Princess Celestia. When I met her at bronycon just by talking to her she comes off as a caring, sweet, kind, ladylike, and motherly person just like Princess Celestia. Her appearance and how she expresses herself is similar as well as she gives off the vibe of being many the things the character she plays.

 

What do you guys think? Also feel free to share your list of similarities and differences from characters in the show to their real life counterparts
