Remix snorted, trying to bite back a laugh, before exploding into giggles. She had no idea why he was going so far, but she just shook her head, shrugging. "If you're trying to jog my memory I'm going to warn you now - it's the worst. Either way, do it after the concert." she whispered to him, smiling as she turned back to her table. "Yo yo YO everyone! Hope you're enjoying the night?" she shouted, and was met with raucous applause. "That's great to hear! I'm going to pop something else on, so get ready and get down!" she continued, flipping a disk onto the stand. Just before she started, she leaned out of range of her mic, whispering to Blaze. "I'm giving you this song to regroup - you're acting sort of weird."

 

Blaze shook his head with a sigh "Perhaps i am... Give me a sec and i'll join you." He threw off the glasses, maybe too hard and with a stroke from his brush, he got the hair back up perfectly. As much as he wanted to sit and grumble, he knew that the show must go on, so with a forced smile he jumped back on stage and helped out Remix

Remix just nodded, working on creating some slow buildup and putting in electronic synths here and there. She smiled at him when he jumped back up, elbowing him gently. His smile was obviously forced, but she decided not to push it - not right now, at least. "Ready?"

Blaze nodded. He wanted to be happy and excited, but right now he didn't know what to do with himself. His hooves started adjusting and adding effects on auto as he pondered over it. After a few seconds though, he realized what he was doing and slapped himself in the face. Drowning in self pity wasn't going to solve shit, so with a grin he got back to making music

Remix just gave him a pat on the back, waiting for him to really get going. When she felt his beats sync with what she was doing, she just grinned at him, before speeding up the climb to the drop. "Are you all ready?" she called out, only to be met with cheers, "Well, let's go!"

The beat dropped, and Blaze was back again. His heart began pounding along with the intense beat as he atarted sweating. He speeded up the beat, and sended a challenging smirk Remix's way. Hoping she would take the challenge. He added a bit more bass to make the wholw ground tremble

Remix somehow knew instantly when he was back, and threw herself into the beat. When he smirked at her, she smirked right back, quirking an eyebrow at his challenge. "Oh, you want to go? Just me and you, right here right now. Hope you can take it." she taunted, before slamming her hooves down on the disks and splicing in some elements to complement the new speed.

Blaze grinned at her. Glad that she accepted the challenge. His hooves were a blur of movements on the turntable. This was his signature style. Wild and untamed beats. He spiced his ultra fast beats up with more bass boost and looked over at Remix, signaling her turn

Remix just nodded, somewhat impressed. She waited for the perfect moment, before weaving a melody that complemented his bass nicely, splicing lyrics and the occasional sounds together to form something unique. She tended to lean towards having melodic tracks over bass, and simply nodded to him as she continued laying on the tunes.

Blaze grinned at her musical talent. This was something else then what he was used to. The music came to a stop, and the audience applauded. Blaze took the mic, lifted up his shades and walked out towards the scene "IT'S FINALLY TIME FOR ME, LOVE DOCTOR BLAZE, TO SHIP TWO INNOCENT PONIES" The audience laughed, and two ponies were pushed towards the scene "OH, I SEE TWO MADLY IN LOVE PONIES, IS THAT TRUE?" The two ponies shook their heads, but the audience answered collectively "YESS" Blaze laughed and looked over at Remix "HMM, I THINK THAT THEY ARE MAD IN LOVE, WHAT DO YOU SAY REMIX?"

Remix stopped, slightly out of breath now that the song was over. She grinned at Blaze, before waving her hoof to the cheers of the audience. She paused, confused, when he began to shout to the crowd, before just going with it. Guess this is just one of his gigs. She chuckled at the two poor souls who were elected, before shrugging at his question. "Can't say. Not really a love expert myself." she joked, winking.

Blaze did a mock gasp "REALLY?! YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO BE A LOVE EXPERT TO SEE THEIR LOCE BLOOM! IT'S SO OBVIOUS!" Shouted Blaze, obviously enjoying messing around with his fans. Suddenly the mare, started tearing up and ran off "HEY WAIT!" Shouted Blaze, but to no succes. "Fuck me..." Muttered Blaze as he bolted after the distressed mare

Remix rolled her eyes, biting her lip as she looked at the two ponies and considered how she'd feel in their place. She started forward, wanting to stop him, before the man ran off in tears. "Nice." she murmured, somewhat sympathetic to the mare, before watching him run off. She just stood there for a couple of seconds, before clearing her throat and drawing the attention of the crown once more. "Well, while he's going to fix that, let's keep going! Who's ready to keep on partyin?!" she called, plastering on a smile and popping one of the pre-made tracks in so she could relax a bit.

Blaze followed the mare quitely, as she ran away from the crowd. Judging from her path, he could guess that she was going for the local caffe. So he blasted off towards the caffe, and waited for her. 5 minutes passed before she arrived, and Blaze instantly called out to her "There is an empty seat here!" Said the crimson stallion, as he waved a hoof so that she would notice him. The mare took some hesitant steps towards him, and sat down

The music thrummed underneath her hooves, coming to life without Remix having to do too much. The crowd was still loving it - the chill tracks gave them a bit of a break from the previous high-bass tension, and they also let her take a step back and keep an eye out for when Blaze would return. Come on man, you got this.

Blaze was drinking a bottle of beer "So you DO love him, eh?" Asked Blaze casually, as a slight breeze washed over him, giving him some nice chill air instead of the hot stage. The mare almost coughed up her drink, and merely looked away. Yup, that's love alright Blaze sighed "Alright, sorry about that. If you don't like him, then i guess i'll hook him up with a hot mare i saw in the crowd" This got the mare's attention, as she shook her head like crazy. Blaze grinned "Gotcha" With those words, he took her by the hoof and blasted off towards the stage

Remix was rather happily jamming out on stage. With the more chill music, she had the chance to work the crowd a bit more. She was just starting to pull the music to a crescendo when she spotted Blaze in the distance, grinning as she started to jack up the music higher. Gotta get that sweet entrance down pat.

Blaze dropped off the mare on her crushes back "Take care of her, will ya? She could use a stallion like you" Said Blaze with a wink as he blasted off towards the stage "Sorry love, had a little love problem, but it seems like it has been fixed" Said Blaze with a grin towards Remix. He took the mic, and flew up in the air. "ALRIGHT, WE HAVE 30 MINUTES LEFT. LET'S MAKE THE MOST OUT OF IT! HIT IT REMIX!" Shouted Blaze

He readied the bass and tempo change "Ready to drop this love?"

"Whatever you say, beatboy." she teased, smiling smugly as she decided she liked the nickname for him. "I was born ready." she grinned, sliding the disc on and readying herself.

Blaze laughed "Alright love, let's show them a real party" Said Blaze, and dramatically took off the safety, and powerfully punched the button. The effect was instant. The speaker started pumping out artificial fire that couldn't hurt anyone, but that wasn't the only thing. The bass shook the stage to the point it almost collapsed, and Blaze's heart ignited with passion as it started pumping adrenaline "WOOOHOO, NOW THAT'S BETTER THEN A BOTTLE OF BAROLO!!" Shouted Blaze

Remix didn't even have a chance to blink before the bass shook her bones. "Woah!" she exclaimed, ducking out of the way of the fire. She stumbled a little with the bass booms, but quickly found her hooves and hollered with pure adrenaline. "Woooohooo! Who's ready to PART-TAY?!" she screamed, waving her hooves back and forth as she began to give a few experimental flicks, testing the effects of the new booming sound.

Blaze looked at the clock, 45 seconds left. With a burst of speed, he started amplifying the sound as much as possible. He was sure as hell not going to waste the opportunity to use this speaker. The effect was instant, as the bass grew tenfold and the stage started to heavily shake as though there was an earthquake, and when the drop came… *CRASH* The scene broke completely under the too loud noises, burying Blaze in wooden planksssible
