Minor navigation suggestions

Google does this, and so does Facebook. Is there any way to make CTRL + ENTER send my reply, or PM, or post my new topic once I'm done writing it, or anything else? 

 

I don't think it'd cause any accidental sends because we can edit most things here. I've grown really used to using it, so that's my reasoning for suggesting it.

 

Bigger idea would also be making "[C]" when browsing would auto highlight the reply box and make you be able to start typing it in. Maybe also [R] for refresh, but that one would require much more nesting work than you probably would like.

 

 

These are just small improvements that I think would make browsing even more efficient, because I like being efficient.
