Phanact 333 July 19, 2016 Share July 19, 2016 So, this may be a very weird question, but I primarily come from a different website that I'm not going to name. The reason I enjoyed it, and I wish that the MLP community on it was still as popular as it is on a site like this, is because it was just much faster. Basically, you could post images with your comments, and it was cool. There was a rating system where you can "upvote" and "downvote" a comment or whatever. It was like a board, where the thread would be created and any replies to it would not bump it up like 4chan or reddit do. You could link it to people but you had no way to bump it up. On top of that, the community was more... I guess the word I would use would be open. You could talk about basically whatever, swearing and whatnot. I kind of liked that sort of open-ness rather than feeling like I needed to censor myself. Now, I'm not trying to talk down this website at all, its great, but in my eyes I feel like the community is a bit more distant than it was on the other site. I guess I'm just looking for another site kinda like that, for a pony board similar to /mlp/. I'm not a fan of the anonymity on 4chan myself. Any recommendations?
