Forsaken of the Everfree 1x1 with Maple Bat

Fluttershy thought about it for a minute "That's a bit strange. She normally never backs down from a fight. Well.... I.... I guess there was a reason She's not wounded is she?"

Twilight looked at Fluttershy "I highly doubt it. You daughter is a very skilled guards pony. I doubt if she got hurt that I'd be too bad."

"She would not only never back down from a fight, she is also really smart, that is why she backed down in the first place, every pony has its limits.." Jack said.

"Say Twilight, how has it been going with Ember? From what you told me, you 2 have met not that very long ago."

Twilight pondered the question for a moment. "Well it's not really a friendship... We are friends but it's less because we like eachother more of we want to keep a war from breaking out."

Fluttershy looked down "Woodland... He's with Maple yea?"

Meanwhile at canterlot castle the whole army arrived at once. Woody walked over to Crimson "So do you want to fight the remained of the army or Celestia and Luna the same time? Either way you're going to lose." He said in complete seriousness.

"Bravado will not save you stripling, but by all means, throw everything at me. You have nothing to lose at this point."

He said as his horn started to glow. But because of the black mist in his armour, his magic was negated.

"Hmph, you seem pretty fond of trick, don't you? I guess I will have to do fix up some loose ends then."

Crimson started to tear off his armour piece by piece until it was completely removed.

He then threw off his helmet off.

With his armour shredded, the black mist no longer wore on him, he used his horn envelop his entire body into a magic eating barrier, absorbing any magical attack/effect that would engage him.

"You should feel honoured, you are the second pony who I had to show my true nature, Enjoy it while you can." He said with venom, his eyes were generating a hypnotic gaze on its own.

Suddenly an ear destroying screech came from his mouth, it was so loud that the windows shattered, and even small cracks in the walls started to appear.

"I think so, I don't know everything at the moment, I have been gone for 12 days by now." Jack said.

He then sighed.

"I hope Ember still remembers who I am tough, its been so long..." he said with an sad tone

Woody laughed after recovering from the screech "Ya know I was hoping you'd do that..." He paused letting his words sink in, his horns started glowing. "Now."

Luna swung at him with her blade from above now that his armor was off he wouldn't last long against normal weapons.

Twilight looked at the colt and said "She probably will. After all it probably wasn't that long ago then again she's been busy keeping the dragon lands in check but there is still a chance."

Luna's blade slashed trough Crimson's body, or at least what was presumed to his body.

He had used the same technique that he had used against Maple during the siege of the Crystal Empire.

He reappeared a few meters in front of them.

"You 2 did not think I would be that easily defeated? I have become something else the unicorn you once believed me to be."

"It is sad really, after a thousand years and you still haven't changed one bit. Apocrypha has done me a rather big service, the same place that only one pony seems to understand its powers beside me." he said with a smirk.

"And that would be?" Woody asked knowing he wouldn't tell.

"You know what. I think I'm getting tired of what you're doing. Thinking you have a chance to win against the full might of Equestria." Celestia emerged from the castle "I think you've overstayed your welcome." She said holding up a spear.

Discord was there too but he wanted to let Celestia take care of it.

"So the entire bandwagon has decided to fight me? This is an interesting opportunity."

"But even your full might will pale in comparison to once my Ascension is complete." Crimson said.

Suddenly 2 Long blades shot out of Crimson's forehooves, coming out of his flesh as he stood on 2 hooves.

Jack and the others had been moving for quite a while, they had eventually reached the end of the jungle.

Between the Jungle and the Dragon lands was laying the Celestial Ocean.

"Ascension?" Discord and Woody both laughed. "Good luck with that. Not while we're around."

Celestia stepped forth. "Woody your combination of magic can undo everything he's done so try to stay back. He's gonna try to get you first."

Discord Stepped next to Celestia "I certainly won't let that happen. Let's see what you've got Crimson Vision." He said his name in a mocking tone.

"Oh... That's right the umm... Celestial ocean." Fluttershy commented seeing the huge body of water.

Twilight knew that it went across for miles there's no way they could just fly over it "We'll have to go around it since it's so wide. If we had a cloud with us then we could make it across by resting on it however we don't so we'll have to go around."

"Or we could... I mean it's possible to sail over there." Fluttershy commented. "There's uhh... a few boats down there." She pointed her hoof

Crimson stood there in a defensive pose.

Despite being greatly outnumbered by Equestria's strongest entities, the look on his face would almost suggest that he enjoyed it.

He stared at them with a rather unnerving grin for someone in his position.

But the reality of Crimson's plan was far more complex. In the past, he had been feared not just because of his powers, but because of his nature, being a master in the arts of deception and trickery.

With one of his unique spells, he had separated his spirit into 2 entities.

The one was having its own death wish against his 4 enemies.

While the other one was heading unseen straight to his destination, the Vault.

With a silent, the secret entrance that was blocking the vault was blown apart as Crimson walked in it.

And there he found his prize, all six elements of harmony were there, despite no longer being used after the defeat of Tirek, they were still there, and were still usable by the Element Bearers.

'Good work Celestia, you were so focused on your battle against me that by mistake you left your own vault unguarded.' He thought with irony.

He levitated all of the 6 elements before him.

His horn started to glow a dark green colour, and all of the 6 elements started to rot until they completely disappeared.

While the Crystal Heart had been repaired before, there was no records or information on how the elements of harmony had been made, making them completely impossible to restore.

'My work is done here, the fools left their triumph card in the open for me to destroy. And now for the final part...' he thought

During the battle that was going on, Crimson was surprisingly able to hold his own for longer than expected from a 4 against 1 battle.

And to complete his plan, he let his other half be murdered by his 4 opponents, faking his own death as the Other Crimson teleported very far away from Canterlot, straight into the depths of Apographa.

Jack nodded as he followed Fluttershy And Twilight.

Woody shook his head gravely "I fear he is not really gone."

Luna looked at him "How can you be so certain."

Woody shrugged "Call it gut instinct.

Fluttershy managed to convince a sailor to help them with out any payment.

Twilight shook her head "You're lucky your so cute Fluttershy."

"Oh... Uhh th... Thank you." She said blushing

Maple, Who was completely normal again, Stood there on the edge of Apographa She wasn't sure what this place was but she knew if Crimson's defeat was to be found any where it would be here after all she could gain a better understanding of his magic in hopes to have woody reverse it. "Ready or not here I come..." She said to herslef walking in to the unknown area.

Apographa was a green Dimension, the bottom was an endless void.

Massive storm-like clouds were covering the sky as it swirled around with many colours.

Floating islands of weird looking Rocks were spread across Apographa itself.

Where Maple was standing, a pony suddenly walked up to her, the Pony itself was an earth pony but looked awful, he was so thin that his bones were visible.

"W-what are you doing here?! You need to leave now before it comes back, you still have your life!!" The Old pony said with a very dusty voice.

Maple looked at the pony and bowed respectfully "I am Captain Maple. You're the one I was looking for as well, I need knowledge of this area and it's magic please." She said desperately "I need this knowledge to defeat a pony by the name of Crimson Vision who threatens my homeland. Please It's for the good of all of Equestria." She didn't notice but eyes started to water.

Fluttershy remembered why she hated boats, Small, Cramped, and Social. "Ohh... I regret this... Twilight..."

Twilight laughed "It'll be ok Fluttershy just relax."

The pony looked at Maple with a mixed expression of confusion and fear.

"Y-you don't understand miss! I don't anything about the powers here, I am a sla-"  The pony got interrupted as it was lifted into the air and thrown far away.

"You dare set foot in my realm and expect me to teach you?" Boomed a loud voice all across Maple.

The voice was silent for a few moments before speaking again.

"But at the same time you managed to get here in the first place, and you are for its power in order to rival my Apprentice."

"I can teach you a bit or to, BUT. There is a catch! You will bring me the last born Jack Saim Gonriel in order to compensate when my Apprentice meets his end"

Eventually, the 3 had crossed the Celestial Ocean and were now getting close to the Dragon lands.

"I can't deny that I am nervous, I respect Dragons, but this place must have changed a lot since I last came here." Jack said.

Maple gritted her teeth when the earth pony was thrown. "I'm sorry but I cannot do that." She shouted at nothing. "I refuse for there to be a price on justice. I, Maple, Will challenge your apprentice until he meets his end. With or without your help." She thought about this for a while "Perhaps I can offer you a challenge. A one on one duel with no magic to prove myself worthy of your teachings, but I will not bring a sacrifice to you. Especially since you have enslave other ponies."

Twilight looked at Jack. "Same here honestly. Let's hope I don't get nearly thrown into a lake of lava... Again."

"I  don't follow the morals of *Worthy*, I only follow the morals of wich benefit ME."

"And your offer does not benefit me in any way, give me a good reason why I should not suffocate you where you stand. You are in MY realm."

A sudden force suddenly lifted Maple in the air.

"If I were you, I would reconsider your deal, either comply with my bargain or leave my realm and don't come back. If you wish to remain neutral, I will end your permanently!"

"SPEAK!"

"Yeah..." said with even more worry filling him as they came closer to the Dragon lands.

"Then I'll leave. I'll leave you to your own personal hole where you will never make a single friend. No one will remember you when you're gone." She decided to test his lack of feelings "Your ideals are not only selfish but terrible all of the ponies you've enslave have their dreams and personality and you treat them as a number not an individual." As much as she wanted to kill this pony she knew when she wasn't in the best of situations so she had to back off.

Fluttershy looked at Jack "It's ok. What she's talking about was a bit of a misunderstanding of alicorns being fire proof. They won't throw you in lava.... I hope."

When the boat arrived Twilight stepped off the boat and went to a nearby pony and asked them where Ember was. After they responded Twilight started walking Motioning for the other 2 to follow.

"You wish to kill my Appretiate, and yet... You 2 are not far removed from each other, both into those mind games." The voice laughed.

"But you should really watch your tone, I AM Apographa, I bend this reality to my will, and you are not safe from that fact as long as you are here, keep that in mind."

Jack followed the other 2, being silent the entire time.

Wh... What! No way. She shook the though her out of her head. "Well I told you that I want to leave So let me leave or kill me. Either way I think you don't know who your talking to I'm the daughter of Discord ya know I have a lot of magical potential that your letting slip from your grasp. So... Your loss."

Fluttershy and Jack followed Twilight for a few minutes before reaching an wide open area Ember could be seen there order dragons to do various different tasks.

"Ember! Over here!" Twilight yelled.

"The daughter of Discord, that would normally sound interesting, but it only gives me more reason in wanting to kill you."

"If you really are his daughter, then letting you live is only a foolish thing to do, Discord is already someone I despise!!"

The voice got an even louder tone, its anger increasing at the mention of Discord.

"You bring me what I want, and I will teach you, but until then, Don't come back unless you have a death wish."

The voice said with an extremely cold undertone as it threw Maple trough a dimensional portal, warping her all the way back to Canterlot.

Maple hit the ground with a thud. "Oof."

Woody jumped when he saw her arrive "Hey sis'. You look a lot better. How'd you get here."

"Went to find the one other pony that understood Crimson's magic. It didn't go well." She had no intention of going back unless Woody made her immune to magic somehow. "Where is he anyways."

"Crimson? We're pretty sure he was defeated here." Celestia said looking at his fallen armor

"Pretty sure? I wouldn't go with it 'Tia seeing as he tried to fake his own death once already, No doubt he'd try it again." Maple said.

Ember walked over to the group she looked tired. "Hello there Twilight. I've been very busy so can we make this quick..."

Twilight nodded and said "Well Fluttershy's grandson wanted to speak with you."

Jack walked forward.

"Hello there Ember, it has been quite a while, 7 years to be exact... I apologise for the rude interruption, but things are becoming very dire."

"Could I speak to you in private?" he asked.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

"Who... are you." Ember said looking at him. "I remember you now. So you got adopted by Maple Huh? How cool's that I mean your granddads Discord."

Fluttershy tilted her head and look at Twilight.

"She's a guard that travels with Luna a lot so that makes sense." She whispered to her. As they both walked off to give them privacy.

Ember knelt down next to Jack "What's the problem kid?"

"Could you please train me Ember? I hate to say it but i won't stand a chance once the Red Enclaves find me again, and they have been rather desperiate

to kill me the past few weeks, especially since i am the only pony left that knows their secrets. I know its rather weird for me to travel all the way from Equestria to here to ask you that question but... You are the best fighter in melee that i have ever seen. Could you please help me?" he asked with worry

Ember thought about it for a while and stood up saying. "Yea I'll train you, but in exchange you tell Maple the enclave's secrets, Anything she can use or needs to know. I know it puts her in danger but she's the only pony I consider to be my equal. It looks like you have her bow with you as well. Is she alright?"

Maple was training harder than ever in canterlot castle. She had completely destroyed 3 training dummys, broke a archery target and almost killed a pony who was assisting her.

Luna walked over to her "Maple calm down on the training. We aren't even sure if he's alive."

"Well I still think he is and if I see him again I want to be ready." She responded not turning her focus away from the new training dummy.
