You could post your project in Stardom (the topic link above) detailing everything you need. Any supplemental resource help you need for large multifaceted projects, like an animation project, could conceivably have their own topic in the appropriate Creative Resources forum. 

For example: if you needed music done, you can seek out the musicians to join in the Music Creative Resources forum. If you wanted writers the Writing forum would he where you could look for that. That's one way of approaching it. It also helps get attention since musicians and writers don't always frequent the Video forums.
