MLP: Flying in the Stars

So I did a sky theme with night themes and star themes and using themes a lot in the wording. cloud  I took more to Derpy this time in once more hitting this minimalist style I've seemed to take too a bit in the last few wallpapers.   Ok A lot!  Just I took to keep things simple,  used mostly star brushes and cloud and used a neon effect to outline the stars and a slight glow effect on them.   Did a little lighting effect on Derpy to make her look more part of the night in the moon and aim in how the light would hit her in the stars also.   All done in Gimp.
