Ok so Voice Acting

Ok so this isn't just for like hopeful future collabs w/ like bronies or anything (although it would be cool) but I was wondering like how I could get a start or like build up connections to do this sorta thing [maybe one day going pro? Unsure on that account] but overall I would just like any insight to linking up and doing voicing at somepoint and how I can get to the point of actually being decent .
