How can I get my Happy Meals Rarity?

Well, Guess that's it, our Happy Meals Cutie Mark Crew chibi horses are officially discontinued. I thought we had 3 days left, but guess not. Problem is, I was attempting to collect them twice, but I lack a Rarity in both cases. How can I get her at this state?

I could try EBay, but how what difference it has with Amazon and how trustworthy it is?
