It’s simple, give a description that’s detailed but not super detailed that gives away really obvious clues. 

Google searches are allowed, because this would be incredibly difficult if they weren’t. 

Remember give details just not too detailed with giveaway clues. 

I’ll start. 

I’m a slightly tall male, I don’t get out much, I’m not a human being, I have special powers, I live in a library, I only appeared in one episode of my series, I hate a citrus fruit, and my name is often mistaken to with a 90’s kids show.

I’m quite short (under a foot). 

My name could also describe my appearance. 

I had only a small handful of appearances. 

Of all the small amount of villains my series had I’m the only one with an actually understandable reason behind my actions. 

Though I could easily be considered an ‘anti villain.

And

I’m the only one who’s appearance actually changed a few times to some extent.

Nope

I’m from an old 90’s nicktoon. 

Out of all of the shows featured in my source mine was undoubtedly the most popular. 

I take a more hands on, thought up more, have gotten a lot closer in my goal than others and use technological methods as opposed to just using some random thing while putting zero thought in my plans. 

My bizarre appearance was the result of a bumbling moron knocking someone into a button and into something that chopped me into pieces followed by an incredibly botched surgery by a hack.
