I agree, out of the mane six, Pinkie is undoubtedly my least favorite, she has nothing special about her like the other ponies and just has an annoying personality overall

Aaaaah, good ol' bullying. I really dont like Gilda, and never understood what Rainbow Dash saw in her. Is she blind ? She mustve known she was bad, but didnt do anything because loyalty and nostalgia, right ? The reversal at the end was great, even I thought it was Pinkie at first.

7/10, would watch a bully get pranked again.

Gilda's mannerisms and design are so good. Especially for anyone who has spent any time around a bird. The side eying cracked me up. I agree that Pinkie could've backed off, but I also feel like we needed some communication here. I don't think Gilda was a grump as much as she was sort of sad that Dash had moved on without her. She felt lowkey replaced especially once you actually get more griffon lore (it's sadder.) I won't spoil that tho. I think everyone was feeling a little insecure (minus Dash lol) and came off a bit too strong and it got under everyone's skin. Pinkie wasn't being malicious but she was jealous for sure...and so was Gilda a bit. All of these friends now surround Dash and Gilda probably felt out of place a bit. I think Dash could've had better boundaries for Pinkie rather than going so hard at Gilda in the end, but Dash Is also known for letting her emotions rule her. 6/10

Even though she's a bully and a brute, Gilda the Griffon is an interesting and fantastical character, and charming for how mythical and vivid she is. 

It's interesting that the Ponies share their world with all these classic creatures. 

I like how this episode featured scenes way up in the sky. 

Also Gilda's comeuppance was hilarious and it's perfect that Rainbow Dash could clearly see Gilda's attitude for what it really was.

Gilda is rude and mean, her attitude toward Fluttershy as far as I can tell was uncalled for and selfish. I'm not holding that against Rainbow Dash because she did not tell Gilda to do all this, and I honestly would not see why she would do. But her taste in friends could use a little work. Not only does it reflect poorly on her character to take her problems out on Fluttershy, but Gilda should not have taken whatever problems she may have had with Pinkie Pie out on other Ponies in Ponyville.

Gilda is hardly the worst character in the series, but she is not good either, I know, because I have dealt with individuals like her in real life, mean humans who are hyper aggressive and use intimidation tactics to get what they want, just because they believe themselves to be better by their own self sense of privilege. Her first introduction to Fluttershy and this is how she treats her, Fluttershy was minding her own business, not doing any harm. I'm not going to let that one go easily just because Pinkie Pie kept showing up at the wrong place at the wrong time.
