How would the Monsters Inc World handle Equestrian Magic leaking into their world?

In comparison to the Human World of EqG, How would the Monster World from the Monsters Inc/University Movies deal with or handle a situation where they are put under the same circumstances seen over the course of the Equestria Girls Spinoff? Equestrian Magic and Artifacts Entering their world as well as Equestrian cross dimensional Immigrants (Sunset Shimmer, Dazzlings,etc) living amongst them?

And How would the Monsters react if the EqG rules of Cross dimensional Travel applied to them as well (Turn into a human if you enter the Human world).
