How much is this worth? Is it discontinued? Help

Hi, I have not been very involved in the MLP fandom for a few years now, but I have a lot of boxed merch from 2014-2016 era. I was planning on selling them all on ebay since I will be moving out for uni. However, one of my items is confusing me. I tried to look it up to see what the price is, but it seems to have poofed out of existence. I can only find YouTube videos on it, and no online listings. The very few Amazon results I found said it is not in stock anywhere.

I believe it's called the Rainbow Dash "Cutie Mark Magic" Water Cutie (no, not the Charm Wings one). I'm wondering if this is a discontinued product and how much it's worth to sell for. Packaging was already slightly damaged when we got it, and it was purchased somewhere around late 2015 to early 2016.

not sure if l ever saw anyone selling it brand new, but i did saw them selling her used and it wasn't a super high price. 

like 20 or 30$ that's all l can say and that was last year. no sign lof seeing it sold brand new, but she is pretty.
