A special section

I’ve just noticed a thread with gore-y art in it and I wonder if there is a way to make a special thread that is considered ‘nsfw’ to throw and hide the gore art in and have it hidden for users below 18? I’m not suggesting nsfw but i saw this done in another forum before where this thread would be hidden entirely for young users and only visible for the ones above 18 

why? To not have users banned immediately for drawing a bit of blood as some tend to forget if it’s allowed yes or no!

I actually ran into that topic, and didn't even notice the gore until after replying. I don't think the user who made the art was trying to provoke or break the rules, but rather were trying to make the art "scary".
When someone makes a mistake, a ban might not be the right way to teach how to be correct. The case was specifically looked over by more than one Administrator, and I think they did a good job.
