Doctor Strange travels to Equestria. What happens?

Let's say the Ancient One sends the Sorcerer Supreme Stephen Strange into the magical world of Equestria for an important mission. There, he meets Twilight Sparkle, her friends, and every other major character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Unfortunately, Strange's archnemesis the Dread Dormammu has followed him there and decided to have Equestria swallowed up by the Dark Dimension. What sort of mind-screwing plot ensues? How would ponies react to the magic from the Marvel universe?

And just for fun, let's say other Marvel superheroes like the Avengers and Spider-Man get involved. How would the ponies react to the technology of the tech-based ones?
