You can get an avatar after making 5 posts outside of Welcoming Plaza, Roleplay World, and Cloudsdale Colosseum(post count doesn't increase in these places), and you can go anywhere to get one really, it can be your OC, favorite pony, something else you like, whatever, as long as it isn't NSFW.
