Now I possibly could have caught this having been around since 82.  This is a Christian show where the title character is a chicken nugget looking puppet.

Made around the late 80s and early 90s and aside from some cable exposure was mostly just on VHS.  Heard of it last decade thanks to YouTuber Brutalmoose who has some fun reviews of episodes.

Though some argue understandably that he is more reminiscent of Caillou.😅

To my surprise I’ve never heard of this show. I love all things ‘80s but this one has never shown up on my radar. Maybe worth a peek.

It happens.  I was around during the time with not any notice of it, but again it was VHS and I think an early Christian channel only.

Similar thing with the 97 Pippi Longstocking series (Related somewhat to the animated movie of the same year).  Didn't have HBO so I heard nothing of it, but made up for that with it's various streams now.😀
