G5 characters' Elements of Harmony

I can't believe I didn't notice this earlier, but........the G5 mane 6  seem to represent the Element of Harmony from FiM (based on their actions in the movie)

 

Hitch has the ability to communicate with animals, like Fluttershy. That means that his element is Kindness.

Zipp hates to lie to the citizens of Zephyr Heights that only the royal family can fly. So, she represents Honesty.

Izzy is EXTREMELY cheerful and energetic, especially compared to the other unicorns of Bridlewood. Izzy's element is Laughter.

Pipp cares a LOT about her public image, which was a characteristic shared by Rarity in FiM. Pipp represents Generosity.

Sunny is kind of the "main" out of the G5 mane 6, similar to how Twilight was the "main" out of the G4 mane 6. She also got those magical wings and horn at the end of ANG, making her an "alicorn." Her element is Magic.

That leaves Sprout's element as loyalty, which I guess makes sense. Sprout put Maretime Bay in front of everything else, even if he did become a dictator in the process. He's also really competitive with Hitch, and Rainbow Dash is known for her competitiveness.

Cute little analysis, though the main characters of G5 do have their own elements, Hitch's being kindness (which you got right), Zipp's being bravery, Izzy's being creativity, Pipp's being confidence, Sunny's being hope, and Misty's being empathy (you'll know who Misty is when you watch the shows). 

Sprout being loyalty...that is an honestly interesting take I can dig.

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense. I thought that the friends in G5 represented the beginning of the new era of a united Equestria, which was upheld by the Mane 6 of G4. And I've heard a lot about Misty but I have absolutely no idea who she is (I'm guessing that she's a unicorn so that the friend group has 2 earth ponies, 2 unicorns, and 2 pegasi---just like it did in G4).

You've reminded me of when I tried to convert G5's Mane Five (Six after adding Misty) to the rules of the Tails of Equestria TTRPG: 

So, what might the Mane 5 look like in Tails of Equestria? A while ago the official My Little Pony Facebook page released stat sheets for each of the Mane 5 ponies. I'll be using them as a template for determining their game stats at the end of the movie. At the beginning of the movie, no ponies have bonus Talents, but gain them for free (at D4) when magic is restored.
