Night Sky 302 March 29 Share March 29 (edited) I think lions and Hyenas have both convicted themselves of it. Some of their encounters have been shown to have had nothing to do with food, water or territory. Some engagements are just pure spite, this seems to be a stable pattern for as long as observations have been made. It isn't necessarily frequent, but it happens. Chimps are the worst. Chimp wars, in some senses are even uglier than human conflicts, when you really start to analyze what happened and likely why. And again, sometimes no one is any better off in some cases. Territory and resources are still the most common causes, also access to females. But sometimes it just seems to be spontaneous erruptions of hate. Different chimp groups can become ferocious enemies. Even bonobos are not without conflicts, though they have found a...novel? solution to the problem. Is there a point here? I feel there is. Animals have as much to teach us about ourselves as we do, for better and for worse. That's why we all watch MLP. Edited March 29 by Night Sky HARMONY FINDS A WAY! DJShy 909 March 29 Share March 29 I highly doubt I'll find it if I go looking for it, but I def remember this one series of videos of this guy's pet turtle who would attack the black tape on his white shoes and would immediately stop once said tape is removed. Apparently wasps will attack black colour more viciously. But will be less likely to do the same if you wear white. (Source: MGS3 game) But from looking it up online it seems more ambigious than the fact i got from a 2004 video game so i dunno. Mlaatr fan2 222 March 30 Share March 30 (edited) I actually already knew this. Humans are animals too after all. But it is still wild to see the colors that wasps hate and prefer. Certain animals can only see certain colors. What if we are missing a color? What if aliens are real? What if the big bang never happened? What if the earth actually is flat? What if life is all a lie? *Head explodes* Edited March 30 by Mlaatr fan2

Maxmillian 130 March 31 Author Share March 31 Even turtles. Oof. But i think the most logical reason is, they might view it as colour of predators (I dont understand the natural world but thats my guess)
Maxmillian 130 March 31 Author Share March 31 (edited) But from learning from nature is. This behavior is learned, not born. So i guess moral of story is. If someone leaves a bad impact on you, they are gonna fear and hate that thing, which will be taught to kids or future generation.
