"She Didn't Even Title It..."

I'm not one for writing poetry -- I'm no good at stanzas. I'm not good with anything emotional, either. This poem from the movie "The Grey" hit me, though. I'd like to share it with you guys.

 

"Once more into the fray...

Into the last good fight I'll ever know...

Live or die on this day...

Live or die on this day..."

 

It's simple, I know. You may think me silly for even going out of my way to post this, I know. However, I care not. This piece struck a chord with me. I just felt like sharing it.

What have you left me to protect, dad?
