Pairing Discussion: Spike and Shining Armor

Well, a thought came to me... We didn't really see any Spike and SA interaction.. Not even a greeting as if they knew eachother.

 

Any thoughts on the two's relationship? Spike is technically Twilight's son/brother, but it is strange to see they made no interaction.

 

My thoughts are that she moved out of home to study and live alone under Princess Celestia, and thevtwo never met. Then when Twilight visits back, SA was always so busy, he never saw Spike. So he probally only heard of, but not met him?

 

Any thoughts?

Well considering Twilight didn't hear from her brother in so long (thus her getting angry when she found out about the wedding), SA was probably in training or with the guard while Spike and Twilight were in Canterlot, then Spike and Twilight moved to Ponyville making it even harder to keep in contact.

Good point. Though, I noticed that she mentioned they RARELY see eachother, so they HAVE seen eachother. So unless Spike isn't there at those times, they should have seen eachother.

hmmmm, there is a relationship i never aquainted myself with. after rewatching the episode (mostly for fun, but watvr) it really isnt mentioned...

fanfiction here we come.
