New to the herd

Good evening, everypony. Just wanted to introduce myself really quick.

I just started watching My Little Pony a few weeks ago after spending a great deal of time baffled at how anybody could like the show. Needless to say, I underwent a drastic conversion! Now I can't get enough of ponies. It's probably bordering on being an unhealthy obsession! I'm currently watching the show through a second time, I listen to pony music, and I even have been drawing ponies! lol

Anyway, I've been trying to introduce the show to my siblings and some of my friends and am being met with varying amounts of resistance. Nobody has taken the plunge yet, much to my dismay. I'm somewhat older (32) and my friends and siblings are in similar age groups which I suspect contributes to their hesitation. Well, since I can't talk about My Little Pony very much with them I figure the next best thing is to join the online community. So here I am!

I'm 32

I live in South Florida, but am a native of Washington State

I'm a Navy veteran and nuclear engineer

I like My Little Pony (duh!) lol

My favorite ponies are Pinkie, Rainbow, and Pon-3
