And that's the current status of the situation, anyways, here's proof of the payment taking place on August 1st, going to the forums. (Or Feld0 to be more specific.) IPS were unable to investigate the issue last month because I manually approved your payment, so I won't do that this time (until it is resolved). Reporting it to them now...
