All hell broke loose across Equestria. Dark forces forces have been pushing their way across the land. Killing and concurring all in there path. Celestia and Luna have put aside their differences and pulled everypony and non-pony they can find to fight this war against the darkness. But they are not the only ones who have been hard at work gathering forces to fight. Princess Abyss and Darkheart have been spreading darkness all across the lands. And Equestria is next. Who will win this war? The Life giving Light? Or the Never Ending Darkness?

The Tartarus forces came from the Scorched Lands. They have concurred everything up to Appleloosa, and are cutting a path to the Dream Valley and have made their way through Glascow and crossed the water to Manehattan.

 

Celestia and Luna has called for the best fighters and soldiers in all of Equestria to defend it.

 

Let the War of Dark and Light Commence.

"So what even are Tartarus? Are they ponies... or are they something else?"

 

(The driver simply shakes his head and as Church exits the cart the driver instantly takes off)

Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have called for the best worriers in all of Equestria and from all tribes to a major meeting.

You are the best fighters in all the land. General Surge. Capetian Razorwing, Damien The Holy Ghost, and Sargent Church.

You will be joined by two of the Elements Of Harmony. Twilight Sparkle Element of Magic and Rainbow Dash Element of Loyalty.

We put this war in your hooves. The fate of Equestria rest in your hooves.

When are we going to move out Princess Abyss? We've been waiting here for hours and frankly I've had enough of it! We should be out causing havoc and chaos! I'm beginning to think you've lost your ambition.

Looking at her younger sister. Remember your place my dear sister. If you want to do a pawns job then fine. Feel free to waste your time and power on something so pointless. Why dont you go take your "pet" out of his cell? Maybe hes learned his lesson.

Looking away from her older sister. I thought that's what our young Jacob's job was? Doing all the chores we do not want to do. Nevertheless I suppose he could use some exercise. COME BLOOD-LUST!

A large dragon walks onto the grounds.

Jacob walked up to Pricess Abyss and said "I've looked over the map and there's a small tribe of opposition, I suggest that we attack the Stronghearts tribe at once."

 

Twilight walked up to give a speech "As you know the forces of Tatarus are moving forward we must stop them at all cost."

Looks at Jacob. Jacob be a dear and fetch Deathdealer for me? Wouldn't want an accident like last week and Blood-lust has been hungry... Bloodlust takes a step towards Jacob and growls with hunger. I'd hurry if I were you...

Looking at the map. Well done my faithful servant. I want you to move on this today. And take Whitewind with you. He could use the fresh air. Looking at Whitewind. Would you like some play time my child? Yes my mistress. Is that what you wish of me? Go on my child.

Jacob went to get Deathdealer when he came back he said "Princess Abyss you really should tell your sister to respect me more after all it was because of my strategie that we were able to win the battle at Appleloosa. Come on Whitewind we have much work to do."

Church sees razorwing and sarge talking. So what's you ponies story? I don't think I've seen you around Ponyville before... Are you mercenaries or do you just come from a foreign land? I myself was not born in Equestria. I just moved here myself...

Back in Equestria, Razor and Surge tell Church their story. Well we have been warning every town we reach about the war. We have seen what Princess Abyss and her army can do to a town. I know what they can do and i dont want to see it happen to you guys as well. But as for our home....We have no home anymore.

Church turns away so that they cannot see him begin to sob however Church quickly snaps out of it. Although I may have no experience with the Tartarus I am no stranger to war... Church explains his story. And I've been searching for my wife ever since. I go from town to town but when I arrived in Ponyville I gave up and assumed she was dead.

Dont give up hope child. Even in our darkest times there is a light that leads the way. Do you know what that light is child?

Hope. Hope is what keeps us strong. It is why we are here. It is all we have when everything else is gone.

Back at the Tartarus base camp. Deathdealer is taken out of his cell and brought to his mistress.

Darkheart glances at Deathdealer. Have you learned your lesson in obedience yet my minion? If not you can welcome yourself back to your dark and rat infested cell you are so fond of. If you have learned than I have a task for you. I've overheard my sister speaking with Jacob and Jacob appears to not respect me enough to my liking. I want you to follow him and Whitwind and report to me anything suspicious. Go now my minion!

I understand my lady. And i thank you for freeing me. i shall never disobey you again. As he fallows the two Whightwind thinks to his self.

Jacob left with Whitewind. He had no clue that he was being followed by Deathdealer. He saw that Whitewind was thinking to himself and asked "We have a war to win and you look distracted is anything wrong?"

What is dis-trac-ted Sir Jacob? I am unfamiliar with this word and its meaning. As DD watched from afar he could understand what WW was going through. His mind is fragile like a little child. This can work for us or against us. Ill be sure to report this.

Back in Canterlot.

Twilight i need you to take the magic stealth force to the Dream Valley and set up a base there. I have gotten word from Commander Derpy that the Tartarus land unites are moving in from that way. Take Surge with you. He is a master of stealth and can help you with the terrain.

Rainbow Dash we need you to go to Manehattan and let them know what is coming. Take Razor with you. He knows his way around the Tartarus army.

I will not fail you my lady. Nether will i.

Church mildly approaches Princess Celestia. My lady if I may. I have travelled far and wide in my search for my wife, Blue Moon, and although I did not find her it was not in vain. I know almost all the land like the back of my hoof. I feel that My magic and knowledge of the land may come in useful. However it is up to you what you want me to do. What can I assist with my lady?

You young brave one, I have a special mission for you. We need you to take these troops up to the mountains and the Everfree Forest. You will take some atop the mountain so you can keep watch on both groups. Meet up with Zecora to get some magic boosters for the troops. This is going to be the biggest war Equestria has ever seen.Indeed it will my dear sister.

One more question I must ask before leaving my lady... are you not concerned about spies? I've heard many old pony tales from my father about wars being won and lost due to a single spy. How can we know that there won't be Tartarus troops awaiting my arrival? Edited August 14, 2012 by MJP2010

Twillight walked up to Rainbow dash " Rainbow dash good luck, Equestria is counting on us." Twilight left with Surge to Dream Valley. Rainbow dash said "Razor try to keep up." Rainbow dash flew towards Manehattan.

 

 

 

Jacob was wondering what was wrong with Whitewind. He didnt know what distracted meant. Jacob thought to himself (Why would princess Abyss ask me to bring this idiot along with me. Unless there's something special about him. I guess time will tell) "Dont worry about the word distracted just follow me" Jacob began to head towards the Stronghearts tribe's base with an army.

As the two teams move out from Canterlot.So Twilight i understand that you are a very skilled mage. Do you think you can make magic traps?

While flying backward past Rainbow Dash. Try to? Whatever. Your not the only one who can break the sound barrier. Zooms off with his fleet. Try to keep up kid.

In the war room.

We both have put some thought into that my dear Church. We have put much trust into our army....maybe to a fault. But we will deal with that if the problem arises. So for now in the traditional Canterlot speaking voice GO FORTH AND FIGHT FOR YOUR HOME! FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM! FIGHT FOR EQUESTRIA!!!! Oops....im sorry. I got a little excited.

Back at the Strongheart Tribe the chief is prepping his fighters for battle. This going to be big. The stars told of this day and now it has come.But we are strong! The Great Bison god has given us strength! He smiles down upon us and gives us power! So we can not fail! We will not fail. WE! SHALL! BE! VICTORIOUS!!!!! The herd lets out a loud war cry as they prepare for battle.

On the Tartarus side WW and Jacob hear the tribe getting ready for war.

What shall we do Sir Jacob? Should we move now or wait for them?

Church turns away from the two princesses, still chuckling at Luna's loss of control of voice however he would never let her know that. I suppose I'll be off then. Good luck sarge and Twilight. Good luck Razor and Rainbow. We'll meet again. When the fight comes We will be on the front lines and there... we will become brothers and sisters... OF WAR. Church walks away into the mist that leads to the Ever free forest.

Meanwhile in the Tartarus camp. Have you anything to report my minion? I expect a full report of your findings. Once you're done briefing me I want you to continue to follow them however do not get engaged in the war with the bison unless absolutely necessary.

Deathdealer kneels before Darkheart. Yes my Mistress. Jacob is about to engage the bison. But the one thing that puzzles me is your sisters pet Whitewind. He has been distracted lately and seems to be in question about who he is. As he looked to Abyss. Your pet my be on the verge of finding out the truth of what and who he is. He may not be the best tool for war right now.

Abyss loos down at DD in anger. How dare you say such things about my creation! If you were my slave i would skin you alive and trun your hide into a cape! You may be my sisters pet but you still have no right to talk that way about your higher up. Forgive me Princess Abyss. I will watch my tongue next time. And my Mistress i shall watch them as you commanded. DD runs out back to the battle field.

You had best check your pet sister. And yourself. If i find out that you are conspiring against me. I will show you why Father calls me the never ending darkness. Flies off to her watch tower.
