I voted for Granny Smith. She's my favorite Apple family member (besides Applejack, of course). She also avoids falling into that 'old sage' stereotype or going in the opposite direction of 'cranky old person'. Yes sometimes she's wise and sagelike, and sometimes she does old people things that are played for laughs, but she's just a really well-rounded and balanced character.
