Stealth Protector 47 September 6, 2012 Share September 6, 2012 In Québec,a attentat against Pauline Marois the New first female minister of Québec did 1 dead. the terrorist had an AK-47 and shot down an audio technician that was in is way to the back door of the building where Paulina Marois was. the terrorist throw a Molotov cocktail at the building before running from the police. He got cut by the police.Meanwhile the bodyguards of Pauline Marois took her to a gun proof car. This put a new question: are the Québec first ministers protected enough? and do you think Pauline Marrois is a good first minister? (please Québec haters don't post here if your only going to say that we are all little bastards and stuff!) Also the terrorist was in is pajama's,what do you think push the man to attack Pauline Marrois? Was it because he was an anti-separatist?
Marshmallow 1,137 September 6, 2012 Share September 6, 2012 (edited) That guy who shot two people is a total nutcase. Just to give a bit more context, yesterday were the provincial elections for Quebec and Pauline Marois, who is the leader of "Parti Québecois" got elected as the new Quebec Prime minister (making her the first woman to be prime minister for the province). Her party, the "Parti Québecois" is the main party that is for the separation of Quebec and it has many policies to protect the french language and to preserve Quebec's culture. Anyway, that guy must have not been happy that she won the elections since he went to the place where the party and the new Prime Minister were celebrating their victory and he shot two people with an AK-47 and threw a molotov cocktail at the building. When he was arrested, he shouted "Les anglos se réveillent" (the anglos are waking up) (interestingly enough, he said that in french) and "it's fucking payback time" Honestly, this guy is mentally fucked. And what's worse is that he's giving the anglophones who live in Montreal a bad name. Many quebecers already don't like anglophones too much and some of them are definitely dumb enough to not realize that this guy was an isolated case; that not all anglos are like this. This could create even more unwarranted xenophobia and hate towards the English, and let's be honest, this is the last thing we need. I just hope that people will realize that he was just some random wacko and that the fact that he spoke English doesn't have anything to do with anything. notdog1996 315 September 6, 2012 Share September 6, 2012 This thing stressed me out. Do you know how close it was to create a bloody massacre? If his gun would have worked properly, the new prime minister and a ton of people who were there would have died! Seriously, when Jean Charest got elected last time, nobody did anything like this. I was happy that she got elected and now, I feel really sad for the poor guy who died to save lives of thousands of people. May this never happen again. 1 INTJ Introvert(56%) iNtuitive(12%) Thinking(75%) Judging(1%) You have moderate preference of Introversion over Extraversion (56%) You have slight preference of Intuition over Sensing (12%) You have distinctive preference of Thinking over Feeling (75%) You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)
