Well the image has me thinking Cutie Mark Chronicles because it was the most adorable Filly-tastic episode ever, but that's not quite it.

I'm sure a popular answer will be A Friend in Deed because the Smile Song, but I feel that episode doesn't quite live up to how awesome the song is.

 

The most heatwarming episode in my opinion is of course my personal favorite The Sonic Rainboom.

Its kinda sad at the beginning with Rainbow Dash's stage fright and all, but when she get's out there and finally does a Sonic Rainboom and saves the day it just leaves a nice warm lasting feeling.

 

Hell, I'm not even much of a Rainbow Dash fan, but I can't help but cheer along with Fluttershy when the Boom finally happens! (Quietly of course because there are usually people in the house)

I feel, as a lot of us probably do, that "A Friend in Deed" is one of the happiest and joyful yet, mainly because of an extremely catchy and fun tune. If you don't know by now, I'm talking about "Smile, Smile, Smile!"

 

 

With almost 2,000,000 views, this song is one if the most listened to that I can tell. So yeah, this is the episode that "picks up my spirit."

Probably Cutie mark chronicles. After that maybe hurricane Fluttershy since it's basically the episode sonic Rainboom but without rarity to piss me off. It feels really cool to watch Fluttershy face her fears
