Feld0 is the guy who created the site. The moderators are his little minions that watch over all the different forums and make sure things stay civil and orderly.

Mods is short for Moderators, which are one of the two types of staff on a forum.

 

Firs there are the administrators, known as Feld0 (Twilight Sparkle, right now), Zoop, and Scootacool, who are the leaders of the site. Feld0 is the owner of the site and one of the initial creators, while Zoop is a Community Admin, basically a high-level staff that's there to guide the community and make sure everything remains peaceful.

 

Then there are Moderators, like myself. We 'police' the forum pretty much, going around and making sure the Global Community Rules are followed correctly, and also acting as janitors who merge duplicate topics, lock ones that need to be locked, or hiding posts inside topics that need to be hidden.

Blue names are Tech Admins, the 'highest' rank. That's Feld0 and Scootacool; they specifically deal with the complicated back-end stuff on the site.

 

Red names are Community Admins. Zoop is the only one at the moment, but there's ideally two of them.

 

Green names are Global Moderators, who basically look after all the forums.

 

Purple names are Section Moderators, who are moderators who only look after a specific part of the forum, instead of global mods who look after the entire forum.

 

Orange names are mod wannabes Community Stewards, who are like a weird hybrid of member and moderator. They help out in a few minor places on the board, but aren't technically full fledged moderators.

Well, the FAQ is for a lot of common questions but it's by no means the be all end all :3 I recommend reading the FAQ to answer a lot of your questions, but if you're unsure of something, contact a staff via the Support Ticket system, located under 'Client Area' when you click on your name in the upper right of the site. You can PM staff too but technically most questions about the actual site should be in the form of a ticket =3

Just kidding! They have no problem with us liking the ponies. (They're just evil. ) I am TailsAlone and I'm sure you can see why. There's Tails, standing alone, looking annoyed. That doesn't mean that I'm annoyed about anything. But it's a pretty safe assumption.

 

I know very little about Canada, except that people don't go around saying "eh" all the time. Any other tidbits you can share with us?

haha. I lol'd at that. but I actually say "eh" sometimes, cause I'm just a stereotypical Canadian like that. but we have bagged milk (mind=blown), it's not constantly cold like everyone thinks it is but it does get pretty cold in the winter where I live (Northern Ontario). We're also really polite (I thought that was a lie until I went to America), and apparently we say "aboot" instead of "about". Other than that, I'm pretty sure Canada is the same as the USA. If you have any questions about Canada, I'm happy to answer lol.
