Like something like Ebony bolt or jolt/volt or something like that would seem more fitting. I'm a sucker for any OC's that aren't done with some pony generator so i like to see creativity. And even after that... it's really good, very unique style. I have to say that I really like this OC of yourse I agree with everyone else, I really like his mane! I wished the tail would match the tail, perhaps I'm being too picky :/ I liked his goggles too, suitable for pegasus indeed. but the original design is what matters, and I really like his concept, kinda reminds me to Vicke's OC I like everything about your OC <3. I stuck this picture in a pixel-art editor and found that flood-filling the background actually works O_O If anything, that suggests that this is actually a digital drawing.... The rough quality of the lines probably suggests you did traditional then edited this on a computer though. Well, first I drew it traditionally, then I scanned it in, and finally filled it in with colour and touched it up a bit, so, I guess it's a mix between traditional and digital, up close the quality of the lines aren't amazing in quality, but that doesn't really bother me. The way the front leg is making him look towards me, and the rear legs make him look like he's standing in profile is just making it look a bit strange..
