StingeMuffin 244 October 23, 2012 Share October 23, 2012 Here's a quick oc pony I doodled up, thinking that I wanted a pony with some kind of wolf theme. She's not really all that "wolf-y" looking, though, but she has those spot-like eyebrows! Her name is "Sheena the Wolf," or something like that, with black/white hair (her bangs are tied back) and reddish eyes. I'm not really sure what color her coat would be, and I'm never good at thinking up cutie marks. Also, only uploading it now do I notice how messed up the back of her head hair looks.. And have fun! Yeah, they are pretty bad. I feel kind of bad about it, like I'm purposely making her crippled for my own amusement or something! I need to actually practice just about everything at some other angle, too. I wanted to get an idea or two out quickly (not like spending more time on it would help!) about Sheena's design. She'll wear an adorable fur coat of some kind, and possibly have fangs (she's all "What's that?" on the right like a dork ). Another idea you might want to add is (maybe...) a... yellow and black colored base, a creepy cutie mark, and you have a creepy pony character! Remember that most fangs are designed to stick out of the mouth. By a colored base, do you mean the character's coat color or hair color? I think that would look pretty good if I could implement it properly; what with her hair most likely being white and black, having a third or fourth color would make it look more interesting. Yeah, and the fangs. They would stick out of her mouth because of its shape, wouldn't they? It's not like ponies have flat faces like humans. Thanks! I feel pretty horrible at drawing detail, so the best I end up drawing is an outline or something. I guess that's why ponies are so appealing to draw for me, though, since they can be so simple. I'll make sure to post more here as I become inspired. Here's a drawing of my oc Patra. There was actually going to be another oc on the right in an angry looking hind-leg pose, but it looked so horrible that I decided to scrap it. At least there's a trollish looking pony left, right? Despite being a unicorn, Patra doesn't like using magic, and prefers to solve problems with a more physical approach if possible. Her brash, forward-pushing personality is what led to her obtaining her cutie mark, a cannonball (but really, it's because she likes fighting other ponies by swinging her tail around...). She's cocky, sporadic and is ready to attempt any challenge which comes her way, leading some ponies to believe that she's short-tempered, but this isn't the case.
