Me and Luke - Parkour and Freerunning

At Bible college I was very blessed to meet Luke, who has become an awesome friend, a fellow Brony, and now a training buddy as well. Over the past few weeks we've worked hard to put out this Parkour/Freerunning video, and I hope you all enjoy it!

Wow, nice. I have always been interested in learning Parkour but I am just not that athletic. Oh and how many time did his glass fly off. That ball also looked difficult to jump off of did you put it in the ground?

I gotta say, that stuff is just amazing. I'd totally get into Parkour if I had time. There's actually a Parkour Club at my University, but I always have classes on the days they meet. It's a shame. Maybe sometime....

you can learn from youtube video like Urban Freeflow then practicing when go to the university and when go home. try it with your friends , thats will help you enough for parkour.

Well you don't have to be athletic to try it, one day we had almost every single person in our class trying Parkour. My glasses flew off about five times. We buried an exercise ball in the sand, it was kind of weird to take off from at first but you can get lots of height from it.

 

I gotta say, that stuff is just amazing. I'd totally get into Parkour if I had time. There's actually a Parkour Club at my University, but I always have classes on the days they meet. It's a shame. Maybe sometime....

 

I'd definitely encourage you to try it, even if it's on your own time. I did Parkour on my own for about three years before getting injured, and it was extremely fun. Try it out!

Haha yes! The cool thing is that Luke became a Brony after he started doing Parkour, and there's a few other guys in my class who have become Bronies or are just about to. We all went out and did parkour a couple of times but now it's usually just me and Luke.

Parkour is always a good thing to see, keep up the good work and if you want a little inspiration look up a bloke called Livewire. Also a good film that has a lot of parkour (actual parkour not cgi stuff) is district 13.
