Radiarc 10 January 15, 2012 Share January 15, 2012 I made a song for the place where Twilight and the others first receive the Elements of Harmony. I wanted to make it feel like a place in the Everfree forest, so it's not exactly happy, nor is it sad, but it's sort of in between. Reminds me a little bit of Torvus Bog from Metroid Prime 2. Anyways, uhh, I hope you all enjoy it. I'll have a download link soon. Also, should I go ahead and post the other songs I've made? And, if so, where should I post them (I only have 4 that I want to post, if everypony is okay with that)?
ProjectRKA 2,848 January 15, 2012 Share January 15, 2012 As this is a very beautiful song it unfortunately gets boring in the end. It's too repetitive, in my opinion. I'd suggest making a drumpattern and making it upbeat somewhere in the song, to make it more interesting.

cjr88 10 January 15, 2012 Share January 15, 2012 This is very entertaining song and I like it. But, I think what this song needed to is slowly though out the song get darker. Then just as the song is getting to be sad perhaps frighting, it should fairly quickly rise to a climax of a hopeful rhythm, something that says the dawn has come. Then end it with something a little more light hearted than the song began but, obviously lower than the climax and more instruments would help.

I certainly agree with this, I like the song - but it should reach a climax in it somewhere, and then back down a little. I'm no musician myself, but I know what I like, and that alone should be enough if you ask me. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed it Also I wouldn't mind listening to the other things you've made - Other than the things mentioned, it's great, As I mentioned: I thoroughly enjoyed it Twicha Twich, twicha twich!
