I actually ended up turning this in as my finale project for my MIDI class and I'm actually happy with how it turned out.  I would still like to know what you guys think.

It sounds real good. But...there's one thing that's bugging me. The bell sound on the high end, it is a little off beat. Was it meant to be that way?

Thanks and as the bells might sound off beat because of the pad playing in the background, I played them in the same manner as the SevenElements version of the song so that might also be why it sounds off.
