I tried to make the hat but it was waaaaay to hard. I had to redo it several time just for the front of the hat. So I won't do the hat at all

Ehh, it's okay. The skin tone of the blocks you used scarcely resembles Applejack at all, but you did a decent general job of it.

I think if you want to do ponies in minecraft you should make a custom texture pack that matches the ponies color pallet.  just a thought.
