She noticed it must of been spring, as the floral life were all in bloom. She thought that her new life her might not be as bad as she expected. Walking over the next hill, she finally saw the small town of ponyville. Smiling, she walked into the town. -epic time skip- Rose had made a deal with the mayor to own the local flower shop. She was setting up her plants on the counter, when she realised that there was another door. Opening it, she discovered that this was also a home as well. She smiled as she figured the mayor gave her this home on purpose to start her out. Walking back downstairs, Rose stared at her new home. Yunopostfizzy. The sun rose high in the sky, broadcasting Celestia's beauty across Equestria and beyond. There wasn't a cloud in the sky; the weather patrol had done a tremendously perfect job at keeping the skies clear today, working extra hard to make everything warm and lively. Even the temperature seemed perfect, a warm, pleasing 75 degrees exact. Mint was on an errand to buy a few eggs for a cake, but he realized he had plenty of time to prepare for the dinner party he was hosting for his family next evening. He hadn't seen them in months, and this, this he wanted to be perfect. What could Mint add to make it greater? He had never visited one before, as none had been opened in Ponyville aside from the now retired Mrs. Poomf's shop when he was a filly. The pony who owned it, though, whose name he had thought he heard as 'Rose', was new to Ponyville. Mint browsed the range of flowers, stopping now and then to examine the quality and smell. She realised that anypony who takes the time to smell the flowers could not be bad at all. She walked from behind the counter and opened the door. "Would you like to come in?"
