Hey guys this is my second picture with GIMP tell me what you think, I'm just a novice so I know its not that great but I spent abit of spare time on it.

It's abit sloppy around the tail and I couldn't seem to fix it >.>

Oh wow I love it, mind if I use as my desktop backround? I have been using the same Dashie background for half a year and this would be a good replacement Gotta love that dash grin

That's pretty epic for "just a novice," my friend. From one GIMP user to another, might I ask what tools you used to get such smooth lines? Just a steady hand?

Definately not a steady hand

 

What I do is I use "paths tool" and then go to the edit tab and use "stroke path" and choose what you want to use to "stroke" it with.
