Season 3 Episode Problem in iTunes

I was thinking where this post should belong, but since this is related to watching the show, I've decided to post it in this forum.

 

I've been waiting forever for Sleepless in Ponyville to appear in the list of season 3 in iTunes but the episode isn't there at all. Last time I've heard that the episode had a syncing problem and they were working on fixing it, but that was something like 2 months ago.

 

Am I the only one who still can't access the episode?

I got it from another LEGITIMATE DOWNLOAD SITE   since Itunes is hopeless. I stopped checking for it a few weeks ago. I dont see how it can take so long to delete something and re upload it, Just watch it on you tube or something or if like me you have already paid for it and got the glitchy version then go download it off of bit torrent its acceptable to do that if you have already paid.

Actually, the sync isn't that annoying for me, because at least it's fixable if you have time and dedication. 

 

The entire middle of Season 2 not being in 1080p, however, is. Sweet And Elite thankfully got fixed a while back, but why not the others? It's really annoying not being able to use clips from 5 different episodes in my PMVs (being someone who likes her videos to be in the highest quality possible).
