What comic book series do I need to buy

I want to read the comics because of queen chrysalis being the villain and all. But I looked on amazon everywhere and all I found were the hot topic comics and the covers look nothing like what they should have in there. So can someone help me out her. Where can i buy the right comic

They're all the right comic. All of those covers you keep seeing are variants made for collectors. Since only two issues have been released so far, you shouldn't have a hard time picking a favorite for each issue and buying that one. There will also be a mini-series that focuses on a member of the mane six in each issue, but those haven't been released yet.
