I would say have to say no for Cadence being immortal. Mostly due to the fact she may not marry anyone due to that. So I think she will age. Still we don't really know. And at least when Lauren was involved, Luna was yet to reach her full growth. "Luna Eclipsed" basically hinted towards this with her increase in height compared to her first appearance.
