I need help: Which little pony is this!?

Sorry to make this my first post but my 3 and half year old daughter is starting to really get into MLP and neither she nor I have any idea what the name of this pony is, any help would be greatly appreciated!

 Based upon what little research I have done, I can speculate that she is Royal Ribbon based upon mane color, pony type, coat color, and eye color though I am still searching the actual episodes to see if her cutie mark was visible on screen to confirm that it is her.

It seems that this pony is named Starbeam Twinkle and may or may not be the pony actually seen on screen known as Royal Ribbon.
