(Got back on a computer. I'm at my destination.)

"Alright. I'll have to calm down on the food then. It seems you've learned something from me. That's generally my line." Garth tickled Daisy with his wings and smiled.

"Victoria. It's on the other side of this forest if I'm not mistaken. Of course I'm going to try something. I'm going to try to help you guys out; I'm no freeloader."

(Going to use *~* for Paradox's transmitted thoughts and italics for thoughts.)

*I know you're thinking about him. You're always thinking of him. I read Legacy's mind as he talked; he's not lying to you.*

"Legacy, this is Shy Flower, Autumn Breeze, Daisy, Garth, and I'm Paradox."

*I'd rather not. Talking is one of the few ways I can transmit information and that's basically all I do these days.*

"Right. So shall we?" The group began to move into the forest further.

Legacy and Paradox sighed. I can't keep them in the dark. I guess I'm starting to care about them.

Legacy and Paradox ran in front of the group after a few minutes. "I feel like I should come clean to you guys at least." The two walked into each other and fused into one. "Legacy is the name I go by when I'm using my projection and real body with the same people. The name I go by and will go by from now on is Paradox."

[Purple Text is Paradox. Blue text is gone due to Legacy no longer being there.]

[Tell the truth, did you think this could be a possibility?]

"You are a pretty good actor, Paradox. Wait, were you really being chased?"

"I called it... well... no. Not really. I had no idea."

"Yea, I was. I didn't want you guys to know Legacy until later but those fish attacked me, and I had to run here to be safe. I wasn't acting that at all. Those fish are scary." Paradox looked up at the sky. "Well, this is just a benefit for you. I can no longer taunt you without you being able to do anything and my power is more concentrated 'cause I don't have to keep the projection up. I'm still going to do it though."

Garth followed right next to Daisy.

"If I stopped, where would I get entertainment? Just try to keep yourself from hitting me; I'd rather not have a thousand bruises by tomorrow."

"You sure you can handle it? I remember how angry you got when he mentioned anything back at the castle."

"So to keep our source of any and all information we don't know, I have to stay next to you. I can do it."

[Well, my event is over. I wanted to remove Paradox's projection.]

Garth outstretched his wing and covered her. "So tell me about the fishfolk. You mentioned that they don't leave their village often. Is there a reason for that?"

Paradox opened a rift in space and created a sound portal from Garth to himself. "If you're going to be getting infomation about the fishfolk, shouldn't Shy and Autumn hear it too?"

(Sound portals are basically phones on speaker but they float alongside you.)

"Okay. Anything else you can think of, tell us over lunch." With that he sat down and took out his lunch. "Time to eat."

Paradox sat down next to him and pulled out his own lunch.

(and like usual, when they head off to lunch, so do I.)

Autumn opened his pack and took out some rolls and an apple. As usual, he read while he ate.

(Well, I'm back. Going to let your conversation play out without any disturbance other than this one.)

Garth kept eating his food, a lot slower than usual to make it last, and didn't say anything. He watched the mare walk up to the reading colt and talk to him.

Paradox and Garth began to talk in hushed voices.

"You're not going to get jealous over something like this will you?"

"Of course not. I understand completely that she's going to have some male friends and Autumn's a friend, I trust him that he won't even attempt anything."

"So you say... and you mind does as well. You are one of the few I've ever seen who literally speak their mind."

"I'll take that as a compliment."

"There is not much to tell really. I was raised by a knight to be a knight. My adopted father, a unicorn, always wanted me to have a strong body and will. But instead I chose to have a strong heart and mind. To tell you the truth, this is my first real mission. Garth has really taught us a lot about what it means to be a knight."

"P: They're talking about you."

"G: Only good things I suppose."

"P: Only that you taught those two some about being a knight and that you're amazing."

Garth chuckled. "G: I know who said what."

"G: I'm always ready." Garth got up.

Paradox got up and a shirt materialized on him with the phrase 'I'm with griffin' and an arrow pointing at Garth. As Garth moved forward, the arrow followed him.
