ToridAkbolto 170 March 18, 2013 Share March 18, 2013 I began to write my own Fallout Equestria fic tonight and my friend just told me a lot of things that I'm not sure what to think. 1. Each chapter must be 8000 words or more or nobody will read it. 2. People will randomly downvote you just because it's Fallout Equestria. Are these things true? Why? -BleachedOne- 233 March 18, 2013 Share March 18, 2013 It MIGHT have something to do with the fact that most people don't like how popular it's gotten. Also because some people from the Fallout fandom don't...quite like having their lore mixed with ponies, even if it has nothing to do with the original story whatsoever. On chapter length, again, it's because most sidestories are generally hellishly long. Some people like depth in their FoE sidestories. That said, I'd say to hell with what they say, I've considered writing my own as well. Don't let those two points prevent you from getting creative and writing a story. ~Seraphim~ ~:What's so fun about firing at targets that aren't moving?:~ Yakumo Yukari ~Touhou Project~
