Superior Spider Man is Otto Octavius, formerly Doctor Octopus or "Doc Ock" inside Peter Parker's body. He is the new spider man.

Awesome, even though I don't really follow that anymore, it looks B.A. I could never draw spiderman, something about the lines on his costume.
