Dreadmallon 353 May 21, 2013 Share May 21, 2013 So, my OC (Flick) is a young colt at one point, of course, and he looks up to a big sister figure in Luna (1,000 years ago). Now, when he's a villain, as New Moon, I'm having trouble incorporating where Luna should be involved into the story, and possibly influence his decisions. There is a part in the story where New Moon allows himself to be captured and "reformed," with the hopes of betraying the Mane 6. However, he actually does become friends with them, and questions his own motives. Later, when Chrysalis and her army attacks (who are allies with New Moon; it's established earlier in the arc) and captures several ponies, the Mane 6 are convinced that New Moon betrayed them, and he is run out. Zecora finds him, and offers her input, and shows him illusions of his past, and how he's moved on internally with his friendship with the Mane 6. This motivates New Moon to go back and help the main characters. I feel this is a step in the right direction, however, I feel that, besides the flashbacks, the sibling relationship between Flick and Luna from a millenia ago is difficult to incorporate into the current story, when it is the whole reason Flick is the antagonist of the arc. Any tips?
Rascal~ 657 May 21, 2013 Share May 21, 2013 I think you should incorpated Luna in with his mission to help and get back the mane 6's trust... Luna could be the one that finaly convinces them and before they have a good old 'You see my as a big sister so I'll help In a big sister way' kind of talk and just make it very touching and maybe bring in some memoris from their past 2 Fire Sharp Stardust Sai Time Scribe Chai
