My Little Pony: Myth Wars (working title)

Been away for quite a while and during my period of absence, I've made a demo game using RPG Maker VX Ace (yeah, I know a lot of people use it to create MLP fan games but please hear me out). I've pitched the idea to a couple of friends and they express interest in it. The story's like this:

 

 

Some time after Twilight’s coronation as princess, there were reports of portal storms occurring throughout the entire world. While most portals came into and winked out of existence quickly, a few never disappeared and they created a link to another dimension: Ancient Earth. Because of these portals, the world of MLP has been invaded by malevolent creatures from Ancient Earth and vice versa. It turned out that four malevolent gods - Set, Hera, Loki, and Izanami - had released the world serpent Jormugandr in order to bring about the destruction of the world but the serpent not only broke the barrier that separated Earth from the heavens and the underworld, it also caused the portal storms that connected Ancient Earth with the world of MLP. It is up to the ponies to team up with the humans to stop the world serpent and the four gods that controlled it before they destroyed both worlds.

The story is inspired by two games: Warriors Orochi and Age of Mythology. If you wanna know more about the game, I have a game design doc prepared for you guys.

I've more or less grasped the basics of the RPG Maker VX and I've got a demo to share with you guys. It's not clean but I do hope we can improve it and make it a great game. I've linked the download in the doc. In case you guys can't play the demo, you can download this. It'll allow you to play the demo.
