Does post count increase in the roleplay section?

I've always wondered this, because I apparently have over 100 posts, but unless post count increases in the RP sections, this isn't possible. Yet, when I check my post count after posting in a RP, it doesn't change. Perhaps it just takes a moment for the site to figure it out?

 

It just bugs me not knowing.

Last I checked, the site does not count RP or OOC posts, with the exception of Advanced RP posts. And to view (accurate) post count changes, you need to refresh to page.

Post count doesn't increase in RP Section.

Posts used to count in the RP section, but haven't for a while. It's mentioned on Feld0's introduction announcement, and you can find the Canterlot announcement for it, here. It's been switched back and forth a few times but, just as we're not particularly willing to bring back a chat room, we're not really interested in having them count, again.
