Who is better, Colgate or Doctor Whooves?

Or is there some other timelord that you think is better than both of them?

Doctor Whooves is definitely the better time lord since he has a pretty good experience of time travel in a British phone booth. So we should entrust him with time and, Colgate with toothpaste and brushing your teeth.

I dunno if Colgate is really seen as a time travel pony by that many people. I think most just consider her to be a toothpaste pony. But if one does want to imagine her as a time traveler, we know little of what her character might be like as one. Meanwhile, we have David Tennant as a basis for Doctor Hooves' character, and David Tennant is sexy and amazing. So, even though I love Colgate, I prefer Doctor Hooves (No to mention, he's my favorite background pony).

Why would Colgate be a time traveling pony? I just thought she was a toothpaste pony. I know little of Dr. Hooves, but I know he's a spinoff of Dr.Who, and that definitely means time travel.

I think Colgate has the same cutie mark as Dr. Whooves, and is refered to as another timelord (I believe she's Ramona.)

Personally, however, I see Colgate as the loveable dentist pony, so Dr. Whooves wins.

Ah, I see. Makes sense, but she looks much more like toothpaste than a time travelling pony. I have to read up more on my background characters...

I would have chosen Colgate had this been a "who do you like more" question, but the best time lord is Dr. Whooves, even if it isn't canon.
